Tracy jumped into real estate in February 2020 (yes, that 2020—great timing, right?). Since then, she’s helped buyers, sellers, investors, land dreamers, and even the occasional farm and ranch enthusiast find their perfect fit. Whether it’s a cozy home for a family, a smart investment to build financial freedom, or a vacation getaway to make memories in, Tracy loves nothing more than helping her clients chase down their dreams.

Before real estate, Tracy spent 5 years as a travel nurse, moving through 8 states like a professional nomad. If there’s one thing she knows, it’s the ins and outs of relocation—and how to find the best takeout in a brand-new city. That experience gave her a unique perspective on relocation, and she has become an expert at helping clients navigate the excitement (and challenges) of moving to a new city.

Her true sweet spot? Fix-and-flips. With more than 40 under her belt (and counting), Tracy has designed, project-managed, and sold homes that went from “please bulldoze me” to “HGTV-worthy.” Nothing makes her happier than breathing new life into a neglected house.

When she’s not working, you’ll probably find her at her happy place—the Oregon Coast—hanging out at her Airbnb in Lincoln City with her husband, Mike, and their two dogs. Tracy also excels at what she proudly calls “lazy sports”: bowling, golfing, movie marathons, reading, and tracking down the best food in whatever city she happens to land in.
